Business AI Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP AI Business  Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions within our SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP technologies, AI frameworks, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ensuring seamless integration and optimization of AI capabilities to drive business innovation and efficiency.

Our customers are focused on realising business outcomes, leveraging solutions and technologies, especially AI. As an SAP AI Engineering Architect, the role requires a strong understanding of working with end-to-end business process design and realization across SAP Business Suite solutions, and the ability to translate industry-specific business outcomes and process requirements into effective AI-led technical architectures and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect and implement AI solutions within SAP systems to enhance business processes and decision-making.
2. Design and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing AI powered applications on SAP BTP.
3. Utilize SAP BTP services such as SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, SAP Integration Suite etc to develop innovative solutions.
4. Develop and manage APIs and microservices using SAP BTP tools for seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.
5. Leverage SAP BTP capabilities for data orchestration, analytics, and machine learning model deployment.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation within SAP landscapes.
7. Optimize SAP systems for AI-driven analytics, predictive insights, and real-time decision-making.
8. Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and SAP best practices.
9. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
10. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and SAP BTP advancements to drive innovation.
11. Collaborate with business and solution stakeholders to align AI architectures with end-to-end business processes, industry best practices, and targeted business outcomes across SAP Business Suite solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and/or 10-15 years expertise in various applicable technical roles
2. Proven experience as an SAP Architect with expertise in AI technologies and SAP BTP.
3. Proficiency in SAP BTP services, including SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Extension Suite.
4. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
5. Familiarity with SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Analytics Cloud, Vector Engines, Knowledge Graphs, A2A and MCP technologies
6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
7. Front End Knowledge in Javascript, HTML, Fiori Web components (desirable), calling APIs
8. Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and SAP Fiori application development.
9. An AI Powered Mindset
10. Deep understanding of Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
11. Strong business process acumen; ability to understand the challenges you are asked to solve  Strong business process acumen; ability to comprehend and address industry specific business challenges 

Preferred Skills:

1. SAP certification in SAP BTP or relevant modules.
2. Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and extensions using SAP BTP.
3. Experience in at least one industry domain, with end-to-end business process design and realization across SAP Business Suite solutions for customers.
4. Ability to engage with industry and business stakeholders to translate business process requirements and desired outcomes into AI-driven technical designs and solution architectures.
