We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a strategic, cross-product capability within our Sales Performance Management portfolio.

This role is not tied to a single feature or product stream. Instead, it focuses on building and scaling intelligent capabilities that span across SPM Portfolio - shaping how customers will interact with SPM in the future.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow a specialized engineering setup including data scientists and full-stack engineers.
• Define and execute a technical vision for intelligent, data-driven capabilities across SPM.
• Partner with Product and UX to shape roadmap, experience, and measurable outcomes.
• Deliver embedded capabilities across multiple product areas — not as add-ons, but as native parts of the portfolio.
• Translate advanced analytics and emerging technologies into scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
• Ensure alignment with SAP platform strategy and architecture standards.
