This internship role supports the SAP Business One Operations and Revenue Operations team with business analytics and project management in Shanghai. You will conduct business analysis to support global processes, provide data-driven insights, and help align stakeholders; you will design and contribute content for B1 Operations updates and Leadership meetings, leveraging automation and BI tools to monitor the service desk and answer queries. You will enable the rollout of SAP Business One performance dashboards and maintain partner ordering processes with data quality and compliance. You'll gain hands-on experience in project management, sales development operations, and analytics, collaborating with the Head of Business One Operations to align with team objectives.

What you’ll build:
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
- Conduct business analysis to support the Business One revenue operations team, including global processes and practices and regional business operations.
- Provide data, share insights, propose actions, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Support design and content for B1 Operations Updates and Leadership meetings, leveraging automation and AI to monitor the service desk to answer the sales and partner teams queries.
- Support the integrated rollout and enablement of the SAP Business One performance management dashboards and ensure adoption.
- Maintain the partner ordering processes and ensure compliance, data quality and consistency.
- Gain experience in project management, sales development operations, business analytics, and collaborate with the Head of Business One Operations to align efforts with team objectives.
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SAP SAC to identify and analyze insights to support business execution.
What You’ll bring:

- Currently pursuing a Full-time bachelor's or master’s degree in in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Fluency in English language is required with university experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with deadlines (time management)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams and knowledge or desire to learn Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally, both in writing and Teams calls
- Analytical skills: Analyze, structure, consolidate and visualize customer, opportunity data.
- Can work for 3-4 days a week for at least 6 months on site

Business One Operations, is part of the Global Revenue Operations organization which in turn is part of the wider Strategy & Operations GTM organization, working closely with the Global Business One Customer Success sales teams, the office of Ethics and Compliance, Global Finance (Order to Cash, Order to Invoice), the Partner Ecosystem organization (including Partner Activation ) and the Learning organization (including the Partner Enablement teams) to bring a streamlined approach to Business One operations and strives for enhanced operational excellence across the Business One business.
