                  Responsibilities

As part of its compliance transformation, the organization is strengthening its capabilities around Artificial Intelligence (AI), Privacy and Data Protection. The Compliance function plays a key role in ensuring that AI is used responsibly, securely and in line with regulatory expectations.

We are looking for a motivated intern to support this initiative by contributing to AI literacy, use case identification, internal tools support, and innovation activities (AI days, prompt‑thons). This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of compliance, innovation, and AI, in a practical and hands‑on environment.

You will support the Compliance team in building AI knowledge and practical tools for compliance officers, while promoting responsible and ethical use of AI across the organization.

The role is supportive and exploratory in nature: you will research, structure, document, test and facilitate, under the supervision of senior compliance professionals.

                  Profile required

                  Key Responsibilities

                  1. AI Knowledge & Training Support

                  • Research AI concepts relevant to compliance, privacy and data protection

                  • Help create internal learning materials (presentations, one‑pagers, FAQs)

                  • Contribute to an AI glossary and “AI basics for compliance officers”

                  • Support preparation of internal awareness or training sessions

                  2. AI Use Case Identification

                  • Identify and document potential AI use cases for compliance activities

                  • Collect feedback from compliance officers on needs and pain points

                  • Structure use cases using predefined templates (purpose, benefits, risks)

                  • Develop/Maintain a centralized inventory of AI use cases

                    3. Prompting & Internal Tool Support

                  • Develop example prompts for compliance‑related activities (e.g. summarization, drafting, comparison)

                  • Test prompts using approved internal tools

                  • Document good practices, limitations and risks (e.g. hallucinations, data sensitivity)

                  • Support user documentation for internal AI tools
