KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>

  • Analyze workforce trends, organizational structure, compensation, benefits, and other key HR indicators<\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare regular and ad\u2011hoc HR reports for business leaders and HR teams<\/p><\/li>

  • Partner with regional teams to support HRIS\u2011related projects and the implementation of new HR modules<\/p><\/li>

  • Define dashboard requirements and validate deliverables in collaboration with technical teams to enable data\u2011driven HR and business decisions<\/p><\/li>

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to help ensure a positive employee experience<\/p><\/li>

  • Contribute to process improvements and overall department efficiency<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Profile required

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:<\/p>

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, with confidence in working with HRIS systems<\/p><\/li>

    • Understanding of core HR processes and reporting practices<\/p><\/li>

    • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills (Power BI is an advantage)<\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively using data<\/p><\/li>

    • Business orientation, high attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work independently<\/p><\/li>

    • Fluency in Polish and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1)<\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite<\/p><\/li>

    • Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in human resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field:<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Why join us
