HR Analytics Specialist who turns HR data into meaningful insights to shape our people agenda. You will deliver high‑quality analyses, reporting, and data‑driven recommendations that directly influence organizational growth. You will collaborate closely with regional Compensation & Benefits teams, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, and external survey providers to gain a broad view of how the organization operates and to build strong cross-functional relationships. The role is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model (2 remote days per week).

In this role, you will support HR colleagues and business leaders by delivering high\u2011quality analyses, reporting, and data-driven recommendations that directly influence organizational growth.<\/p> You will collaborate closely with regional Compensation & Benefits teams, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, as well as external survey providers.
