Overview

Join us for our Discovery Program designed exclusively for PhD students and postdocs curious about careers in quantitative finance. Whether you’re exploring new applications of your research or considering a transition to industry, this event offers a unique window into life as a quant. You’ll dive into topics like options theory, data + machine learning while seeing how cutting-edge research connects to real-world trading. Throughout the program, you’ll meet with senior quants, participate in trading games, and explore our trading floor firsthand. From networking with junior researchers to discussions with managing directors, you’ll gain insight into both the intellectual challenges and collaborative culture of our work.


What we're looking for

This opportunity is for those who have completed at least two full years of a PhD program in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics. Please submit your resume to be considered for this program.

We will be in touch towards the end of 2025 regarding next steps for attendance.
