A 2-3 day on-site Discovery Programme in April 2026 at Susquehanna's Dublin office for 2nd-year students graduating in 2028 to explore quantitative trading. Participants will attend panel discussions, meet-and-greets, and interactive gaming sessions to learn about systematic and semi-systematic trading and the firm's culture. Applicants must submit a resume and eligible candidates will be invited to complete an online maths assessment. The program provides insight into a quantitative trader's day-to-day and serves as an introductory recruitment/engagement event.

This opportunity is open to 2nd year students who are graduating in 2028. We are looking for students with a background and demonstrated interest in any of the following fields/majors:

- Economics
