An introductory discovery program offering pre-penultimate students from Australian and New Zealand universities a chance to learn about a career in quantitative trading at Susquehanna. Participants will attend panel discussions, meet-and-greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions to explore systematic and semi-systematic trading and the firm's collaborative culture. Eligible applicants should submit a resume and may be invited to complete an online maths assessment. Attendance details and next steps will be communicated in May.

What we're looking for
This opportunity is open to pre-penultimate students who are planning to graduate in 2028 from an Australian or New Zealand University. We are looking for students with a background and demonstrated interest in any of the following fields/majors:

- Statistics
- Engineering
- Physics
- Medical + Health Sciences
- Finance + Commerce
- Economics
