Responsible for enhancing the client experience within Operations by processing time-critical payments and supporting liquidity management. The role includes investigations and communication with internal and external counterparties, performing preparatory work, transaction processing, controls and reconciliations. Acts as an operational expert providing support and advice to front and back office staff, participating in global and local projects to reengineer processes, and developing UI designs while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
