This role focuses on applying analytical and machine learning techniques to mine large datasets, build advanced statistical and NLP/LLM models, and deliver actionable insights to improve decision making and business processes. You will contribute to end-to-end model development and deployment following software engineering and reproducible research best practices. The role includes developing and maintaining LLM evaluation tooling to track model performance, reliability and consistency across metrics. Strong communication skills are required to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
