Take a leadership role to develop and execute the roadmap of internal AI solutions, capabilities and infrastructure to drive strategic business value at Unity. As a Staff Technical Product Manager within the Enterprise AI team, you will collaborate with data engineers, IT, Security, Legal and other business units to shape AI-powered workplaces and workflows. You will define product requirements, validate solutions with users, and measure outcomes to quantify the value of AI investments. You will communicate new capabilities to diverse audiences and guide iterative improvements based on key metrics.

We’re looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead the next phase of our set of internal AI solutions and applications to impact the business and transform the way we work at Unity. This strategic product lead role sits at the heart of the Enterprise AI team, with a company-wide transformational remit. You’ll be reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Execution, and working with the rest of the engineering and product team, and in close collaboration with Data engineers, IT, Security, Legal and of course the rest of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute the roadmap of internal AI solutions, capabilities and infrastructure: prioritizing features and improvements that deliver strategic value for the business.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to identify outcomes and measurable metrics to quantify the value of our AI investments.
  • Define product requirements, interface with users to validate solutions, execute discovery work and ensure we are prioritizing the right customer problems.
  • Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company's big picture, articulating a compelling vision for AI and its role in evolving our workplace and workflows.
  • Communicate new capabilities to various audiences clearly and in an understandable way for them. Analyze and track important metrics to evaluate product performance and guide iterative improvement.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading technical or ML-driven products.
  • Technically proficient: deep understanding of how AI and LLM-powered technology works, understanding of software development lifecycle, tech stack and infrastructure, and empathy with software development roles.
  • Ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence teams, and mediate across various partners
  • Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving with a focus on delivering user-first solutions.

You might also have

  • Experience in SaaS/B2B environment
  • Experience with user-centric design, data, research and data-driven understand of customer problems
  • A passion for working with teammates to champion bold ideas and deliver impactful results that resonate with users.
