Lead Product Manager, AI will join a team focused on pushing the boundaries of technology to reinvent financial services, delivering AI features with global reach and meaningful time savings. You will work within the AI product team across the US, UK, Australia and Toronto, collaborating with engineering, design and regional GTM teams to drive priorities and influence senior stakeholders. Initial focus areas include building AI features, reducing manual effort via automation, and framing customer problems into commercially-driven solutions. The role is based anywhere on the East Coast of Australia with hybrid work options.

You will join a team specifically tasked with pushing the boundaries of technology to reinvent financial services. Your work will have a massive global reach, directly impacting millions of businesses as you build AI features that offer huge time savings and critical insights. This role offers high executive visibility, viewing AI as a key competitive advantage for the business.

The team & how they connect

You will be part of the AI product team, which includes members across the US, UK, Australia, and Toronto. You will collaborate closely with regional Go-To-Market teams, engineering, and design to align priorities and influence senior stakeholders.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Building AI features that offer new experiences and capabilities.

  • Reducing manual effort in existing workflows through automation.

  • Reinventing intelligence to solve complex customer problems.

  • Identifying customer problems and framing solutions based on commercial results.

Where and how you can work This role is based anywhere East Coast Australia. We support a hybrid way of working, balancing time in our office with the flexibility to work from home.

Here are some of the things we are looking for

  • You bring a strong background in product management, specifically including strategy setting and leading cross-portfolio initiatives.

  • Experience managing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning products is essential.

  • You possess the ability to interrogate architecture decisions and engage effectively with engineering teams.

  • Building trusted relationships with diverse teams, including Engineering, Design, and regional GTM teams, comes naturally to you.

  • You are comfortable executing confidently and framing solutions even in complex, ambiguous environments.

  • A proactive mindset is key, allowing you to challenge the status quo with a sense of urgency.
