  • 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience in networking technologies/concepts such as Software Defined Networking (SDN).
  • Understanding of Internet routing technologies and router/switch telemetry.
  • Ability to debug complex distributed software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Data analysis from production data to find gaps/error patterns/opportunities for existing system.
  • Prioritize work and ensure that incremental progress is made even if the problems at hand are difficult to solve in a short period of time.
  • Help team members and partner teams understand the broader context, and solve the right problems at the right time.
  • Design, develop, and test features for high-availability, large-scale Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure.
  • Debug and root-cause complex issues within a highly integrated global network ecosystem, focusing on traffic engineering and admission control.
