Join Binance Accelerator Program as a QA Tooling Developer to design and build internal tooling that improves engineering efficiency in the software development and release cycle. You will connect with cross-functional teams to understand tooling requirements and design/maintain cloud-based tooling systems with high availability. You will maintain internal testing environments, support engineers with configuration management and issue troubleshooting, and work in a fast-paced, early-career friendly environment. The program targets current university students or recent graduates and offers a fixed-term, immersive Web3 experience starting Jul/Aug 2025 for about six months.

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

ResponsIbilities

Connect with different parties to understand requirements of tooling.
Design and develop internal system to improve engineering work efficiency in the software development and release cycle.
Maintain cloud infrastructure of tooling system to ensure high availability of service.
Maintain internal testing environments to ensure quality control process.
Support engineers in daily development work in configuration management and issue troubleshooting.

Requirements

Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing.
Ability to develop software in Java/Golang or other programming languages.
Familiarity with popular middlewares like MySQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch, etc.
Understanding of software development life cycle and modern CI/CD process.
Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills and strong work ethic.
Ability to start from Jul/Aug 2025 during 6 months.
