Responsibilities and requirements:

• Deeply understand business requirements, write technical solutions and system designs, lead the team to achieve business goals.
• Responsible for planning, research and development, and optimization of public technology components, and promoting their implementation into business; analyzing system bottlenecks, solving various difficult problems, and optimizing system performance.
• Explore new ideas and solutions related to industry technology, and enhance the company's relevant technical reserves.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field.
• More than five years of backend R & D experience, two years or more of Golang architecture experience.
• Proficient in commonly used Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures, with a deep understanding of their features and implementation principles.
• Proficient in developing API interfaces and understanding concurrency principles, with experience in developing concurrent load systems.
• Familiar with distributed systems, proficient in mainstream service frameworks and message Middleware, and understand their implementation principles.
• Strong logical thinking and business understanding abilities, good coding habits, clear structure, and standardized naming.
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes automation or DevOps implementation is preferred.
