Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain close communication with business units to understand business/functional requirements and formulate corresponding IT technical solutions.
• Be responsible for the development, refactoring, upgrading, and maintenance of CRM systems.
• Handle Salesforce Service Cloud functionality development, configuration, testing, and continuous code optimization.
• Resolve various technical challenges, ensure system stability, optimize systems, upgrade architectures, and contribute to capability and component framework accumulation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience, with at least 1 year of Golang development experience. Proficiency in common Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures, with a deep understanding of their characteristics and implementation principles.
• Salesforce development experience is preferred.
• Solid foundation in data structures and computer systems. Familiarity with network architecture, common algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Proficient in mainstream service frameworks and messaging middleware. Experience with SQL, Redis, Kafka, or other storage middleware is a plus.
• Capable of independently preparing design documents, technical documents, and interface documentation.
• Proficient in English and Chinese communication, with fluency preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address issues.
• Excellent logical thinking skills, flexible and meticulous mindset.
• Strong learning ability, with a responsible, proactive, and diligent work attitude.
