Job Description
Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo a un/a Golang Backend Developer para trabajar en el desarrollo de servicios backend de alto rendimiento, escalables y orientados a producto. Si te apasiona el clean code, las APIs bien diseñadas y los entornos ágiles, ¡queremos conocerte!
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend en Golang, asegurando rendimiento y escalabilidad.
- Implementar y evolucionar APIs RESTful orientadas a producto.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de producto y frontend para definir y entregar nuevas funcionalidades.
- Participar en la mejora continua del sistema, proponiendo mejoras técnicas y de arquitectura.
- Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo: testing automatizado, CI/CD, revisiones de código y documentación.
Requisitos técnicos
- Experiencia sólida desarrollando servicios backend con Golang.
- Familiaridad con JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experiencia en diseño e implementación de APIs RESTful.
- Conocimientos prácticos de bases de datos NoSQL, especialmente MongoDB.
- Dominio de buenas prácticas de desarrollo: testing automatizado, Git, integración continua y código limpio.
- Haber trabajado en equipos ágiles (Scrum), participando en sprint planning, daily stand-ups y entregas iterativas.
Cualificaciones
- Grado en Informática, Ingeniería o similar, o experiencia equivalente.
- Gran capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Ganas de aprender nuevas tecnologías y adaptarse a entornos cambiantes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
