Design and optimize architecture for Web3 node services with a focus on high availability, distributed storage, and microservices to improve system reliability and performance. Build and operate Web3 full-node DevOps, including containerization, automated operations, alerting/monitoring, and log analysis to boost maintenance efficiency. Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable delivery, and build a log and observability system to track on-chain events. Troubleshoot online issues and optimize performance to enhance system stability.

About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responsible for/participate in the architecture design and optimization of Web3 node services in various scenarios and service stability construction; responsible for the architecture design of high availability, distributed storage, and microservice to improve the overall availability of the system, process data consistency, and improve link performance
- Responsible for/participate in the construction of Web3 full-node DevOps, including service containerization, automated operation and maintenance, alarm monitoring, log analysis, etc., to improve operation and maintenance efficiency
- Responsible for designing and optimizing CI/CD process, improving development and deployment efficiency, and ensuring stable delivery of the system
- Responsible for building log analysis & monitoring system, tracking and analyzing on-chain events to improve observability
- Handle online problems, troubleshoot and optimize performance to improve system stability
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor degree or above in computer related major, more than 6 years of Golang development experience
- Familiar with microservice architecture, with high availability system design experience, familiar with OpenResty, GRPC, message queue, load balancing, distributed storage and other technologies
- Proficient in using operation and maintenance tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus and Grafana, and have experience in DevOps platform construction
- Familiar with CI/CD process, able to design and optimize automated build, test and deployment process
- Have good problem analysis and solution ability, can quickly locate and repair system faults
- Have good teamwork ability, can effectively communicate and promote the implementation of projects
Nice to Haves:
- Understand the principle of blockchain technology, and be familiar with the node operation mechanism of Ethereum, Bitcoin and other mainstream public blockchains
- Have Web3 infrastructure service experience, and have practical experience in high-performance RPC, node management and MEV related services
