As a Senior Staff Engineer on the Observability Platform, you will architect large-scale observability solutions including distributed monitoring, full-link tracing, log platforms, middleware performance insights, computing engines, anomaly detection, and intelligent alerting. You will develop observability capabilities that are deeply aligned with business scenarios and explore the latest trends in related fields. You will also implement AI capabilities within the infrastructure domain, including AI efficiency tools, AI Studio, intelligent Q&A, and AI Ops. This role works within the Basic Platform Team to build a one-stop development platform that enhances developer efficiency, system observability, and performance.
OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa.

About The Team
The Basic Platform Team is oriented towards the company, providing one-stop development platforms. The team builds systems that enhances and standardizes the development process, providing a one-stop development platform for raising Developer Efficiency, System Observability, and Performance Capacity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Constructing Observability Architecture in large-scale and complex scenarios, building top-level Observability Products, including Distributed Monitoring, Full-Link Tracing, Log Platforms, Middleware Performance Insights, Computing Engines, Anomaly Detection, Intelligent Alerting, and more.
- Develop Observability capabilities that are deeply aligned with business scenarios, explore the latest trends in related fields.
- Implement AI capabilities within the infrastructure domain, including AI efficiency tools, AI Studio, intelligent Q&A, AI Ops, and more.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in development and architecture
- Practical experience in either Java/Go/C/C++/Python or other mainstream programming languages
- Practical experience in developing systems for Observability and Distributed Monitoring
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Operating Systems, Networks, Distributed Systems, and Data Structures and Algorithms
- Strong Troubleshooting ability and with sound knowledge of Engineering best practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience in Observability Systems
- Practical experience in areas such as Distributed Applications, Distributed Computing, Distributed Scheduling
- Practical experience in AI Engineering or related fields
