Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, Python).
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a Technical Lead for medium-to-large scale projects.
- Experience with cross-platform development and common rendering frameworks (e.g., Wiz, Elements).
- Understanding of performance monitoring and incident management processes.
- Ability to simplify and standardize existing technical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of mission-critical features, from initial prototyping and technical design to production launch and post-launch maintenance.
- Develop GenAI-driven developer productivity tools, such as automated test generators and AI-assisted code rewrites, to accelerate the 2026 modernization road map.
- Triage incoming feature requests and bugs, prioritizing to maintain platform stability and meet partner team needs.
- Profile and optimize native mobile and web client code to remediate recurring performance regressions and minimize binary size growth.
