Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with Android application development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.

- Design and implement features to improve the performance of public Android releases.
- Investigate and fix performance issues.
- Design and implement the guidelines and best practices for other developers to avoid performance bugs.
- Work with the executive engineers in the team to identify the new opportunities to build a premium Android experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to build and improve the tools and frameworks to track, investigate and fix performance issues.
