Your Role
- Design and develop Android applications and framework-level components using Java/Kotlin.
- Customize and extend the Android Framework for automotive HMI use cases.
- Work on automotive platforms such as Android Alliance OS (Renault).
- Develop solutions using architectures and frameworks like MVVM, Jetpack, and Compose.
- Implement unit tests, perform thorough debugging, and utilize Android debugging tools.
- Ensure high-quality, reliable Android HMI solutions through strong debugging and analytical skills
Your Profile
- Overall 10+ years experience, strong expertise in Android application development using Java/Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of the Android Framework and its customization.
- Experience working with Android Alliance OS or similar automotive Android platforms.
- Proficiency in architectural patterns such as MVVM and Android Jetpack libraries; hands-on with Compose UI.
- Expertise in unit testing, Android debugging tools, and performance analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for complex Android system issues.
- Working knowledge of C++.
- Experience in automotive software development environments.
- Hands-on exposure to HMI frameworks like Unity, Kanzi, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
