We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities

• Contribute in all phases of the project lifecycle

• Participate in design, development, implementation and maintenance of HSBC IT systems to business

• Develop basic understanding of the appropriate business systems of the Group and their associated IT development requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders

• Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal / external auditors and external regulators

• Ensure awareness of compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years' IT software development experiences, broad ranging technologies of mobile

• Solid technical depth in mobile architecture

• Having experience of Unit Testing, Mock Testing, UI Testing and snapshot testing

• Having experience of memory profiling and integration with monitoring tools like APP D

• Having strong knowledge around security aspect of mobile development

• Having knowledge of publishing App to App Store

• Experience with iOS SDK

• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Experience in working in matrix project teams, self-motivated and ability in working under pressure in matrix team structure
