Lead the mobile performance team to optimize app speed, efficiency, and user experience while driving performance initiatives across the product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance optimization into the development process and align team goals with business objectives. Proactively plan to anticipate challenges and opportunities, and implement strategies to strengthen the team's capabilities and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the team in optimizing mobile performance, enhancing speed, efficiency, and overall user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance optimization into the development process.
Identify team goals and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Demonstrate proficiency in planning to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
Implement strategies to develop team strengths and improve weaknesses to ensure overall team growth.

What We Look For In You

Proven expertise in optimizing mobile performance with a focus on lag optimization, memory optimization, I/O optimization, startup time optimization, and other related areas.
Rich experience and capability in constructing and refining performance monitoring systems, including but not limited to: designing and implementing monitoring metrics, establishing alert mechanisms, optimizing performance analysis tools, and formulating performance optimization strategies.
Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and tools, such as Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, etc.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple teams.
Keen awareness of new technologies and industry trends, and ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves

Familiarity with automated performance testing frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of hybrid mobile app development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
Understanding of mobile app security principles and best practices.
Previous experience in crypto or high-traffic mobile applications.
