  • Solid exposure to the Android Audio Framework, with understanding of audio chains, audio routing, HALs, codecs, latency considerations, and interactions with Bluetooth audio subsystems.
  • Extensive experience working on Android‑based platforms, including system services, HALs, and framework‑level components.
  • Proficiency in C++, Java, and C, with demonstrated experience developing and maintaining production‑quality system software.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented design principles, with the ability to apply them to complex system‑level problems.
  • Excellent C++ programming skills, with proven experience writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code for low‑power and memory‑constrained embedded systems.
  • Advanced debugging and problem‑solving skills, including effective use of tools such as logcat, GDB, strace, and other system‑level diagnostics.
  • Experience using Bluetooth test and validation tools, including air sniffers (e.g., Ellisys, Frontline etc.) and Bluetooth PTS (Profile Tuning Suite), for interoperability and conformance testing.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

  • Exposure to Rust Programming
  • Experience with system peripheral interfaces such as SPI, UART, PCM/I2S, USB.
  • Familiarity with device drivers and low-level system debugging.
