We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer, iOS to join Snap Inc and work on consumer-facing, Generative AI-first applications, helping drive our creator ecosystem and deliver delightful mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional iOS development experience (Swift & Objective-C)

• Experience building B2C, consumer-facing apps and delivering features end-to-end

• Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks (UIKit, Foundation, Core Animation, Core Data)

• Understanding of Swift/Objective-C runtime, OS internals, and mobile optimization

• Proficiency in multithreading, performance tuning, and software design patterns

• Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures) and problem-solving skills

• Collaborative and proactive, able to work effectively with product, design, backend, and iOS teams

• Familiarity with modern development workflows

Preferred

• Shipped and maintained large-scale iOS applications

• Experience with hybrid or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, etc.)

• Deep understanding of iOS performance optimization

• Experience with C/C++, OpenGL, or Metal

• Passion for creating smooth, stable, and delightful user experiences
