iOS developer role in SG's IT team, focused on designing, building and maintaining the mobile banking app. You will collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers to deliver features using Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM, and robust mobile architectures. Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, performance monitoring, bug fixing and staying up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies. Banking experience is a plus.

As an iOS engineer, you will work closely with designers, product managers and the engineers that support the developer platform and infrastructure. You will use your passion and in-depth knowledge of all things iOS to create the components and features that will shape the future of our mobile banking application. Main Responsibilities: \u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features \u2022 Write clean, maintainable and reusable code following best practices (SOLID principles, Clean Architecture) \u2022 Implement robust application architecture (MVVM) to ensure scalability and maintainability \u2022 Designing and building advanced applications for the iOS platform \u2022 Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features. \u2022 Monitor the performance of apps and make improvements as required. \u2022 Write and maintain codes. \u2022 Work on bug fixing and improving application performance \u2022 Research continuously and acquire the latest technologies for maximum efficiency. \u2022 Maintain code integrity and organization. \u2022 Knowledge sharing across the team<\/strong><\/p>Profile required Requirements: \u2022 5+ years solid and proven work experience in iOS development (banking experience would be a plus) \u2022 5+ years Software experience in coding with Swift \u2022 Experience in SwiftUI \u2022Deep Understanding of GCD (Grand Central Dispatch), Operation Queues, async\/sync for handling concurrency \u2022 Deep Understanding of iOS SDK: UIKit, Combine, Core Data, Core Animation \u2022 Experience in iOS architectures such as MVVM and MVC \u2022Good understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines \u2022 Experience in Mobile API design, performance optimization, client architecture, or tools in the mobile space. \u2022 Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON \u2022 Experience with third-party libraries and APIs \u2022 Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies \u2022 Experience with Google Approval & Distribution Process (would be a plus) \u2022 Ability to become a T-shape engineer with specialized knowledge who can also think broadly about a variety of areas and apply their knowledge at work.( would be a plus) \u2022 Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle \u2022 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools \u2022 Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability \u2022 Familiarity with continuous integration \u2022 Collaborative tools: Jira, GIT, Confluence \u2022 Experience with CI\/CD pipelines would be a plus \u2022 Open minded about learning new mobile technologies; \u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically \u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills \u2022 Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions \u2022 Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; \u2022 You are able to work in a global multi-cultural environment<\/strong><\/p>Why join us We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
