About the Job

As a Technical Lead at Allianz Technology, you will be at the forefront of driving technical excellence and innovation within the organization. You will lead a team of developers and engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with Allianz's strategic goals. You will also leverage AI technologies to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of our solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance

What you do 

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high-quality IT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring clear communication of project goals.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our solutions where applicable.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance the functionality and performance of our solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of excellence

What you bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of leading successful IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
• Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance solution capabilities and decision-makin
