Lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and ongoing support for Salesforce-based applications at Google Cloud. Design, architect, and deliver Salesforce solutions and integrations, including automating development tasks and releases, with internal and customer-facing front ends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as an owner, and drive innovation to meet user and business needs. Mentoring and guiding engineers, and ensuring scalable, resilient integrations with Salesforce.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, other technical fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in configuration and custom development for CRM modules in SalesForce Dot Com (SFDC).
- Experience integrating SFDC with business applications.
- Experience coding in Apex and Java.
- Experience with Salesforce product suite and Representational State Transfer (REST)/Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with full stack development, across back-end (Java/ Python) and front-end experience including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent, and their integration with Salesforce stack.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding engineers, including conducting effective design and code reviews to improve team output.
- Experience in designing and architecting scalable, distributed, and resilient integrations with Salesforce.
- Experience in Salesforce Service cloud (SOQL/Apex/LWC).

Responsibilities
- Design, architect, implement, test and deliver applications and systems in Salesforce.
- Design and implement solutions to automate development tasks, releases, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
- Build internal solutions, with custom front ends (e.g., web, mobile) and backend services that automate business processes.
- Integrate third-party products into internal systems as well as support and upgrade implemented systems.
