We are seeking an Analyst Developer to join AXA IT's Recording product team to develop and maintain Recording applications. You will develop Java-based services using the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred), design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure well-structured data exchanges. The role includes participating in CI/CD, code reviews, testing strategies, and providing production support, while driving scalable and maintainable solutions. English communication is essential, with knowledge of French and/or Dutch considered a plus.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Analyst Developer to join our Recording product team. Your primary focus will be developing and maintaining Recording applications. You will report to the Product Lead of the Recording team and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements for Recording applications and translate them into robust technical designs. Develop, test, and maintain Java-based services and applications using the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred). Design and implement RESTful APIs. Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure well-structured data exchanges and integration patterns. Manage and optimize relational data models and contribute to data design. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance under high-volume conditions. Contribute to architecture discussions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. Participate in CI/CD, code reviews, testing strategies, and release activities. Create and maintain clear documentation; provide effective production support and knowledge transfer to operations. Proactively identify risks and issues, proposing mitigations and alternative approaches. Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus. Promote continuous improvement of service quality and agile practices. Your profile Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IT delivery context with a focus on analyst/developer work. Fluent English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage. Pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivering value quickly and with high quality. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business colleagues. Proactive risk management and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Desirable Qualifications: Experience with front-end development using Angular. Knowledge of AWS and cloud-native patterns. Insurance domain knowledge. Familiarity with performance testing, monitoring tools, and modern DevOps practices.
