AXA Partners is seeking an IT Tech Lead / Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of eCommerce IT initiatives. The role ensures accountability across the project lifecycle, drives service delivery excellence, governance, and cost efficiency, and partners with the business product owner to define the product vision and roadmap. It focuses on building a high-performing, engaged team, leading IT communications, and coordinating multiple squads to deliver complete business solutions that enhance customer experience. The role requires deep Agile experience and technical expertise in Java, Springboot, React, microservices, APIs, and related technologies.
What you’ll be doing: We are looking for an IT Tech Lead / Delivery Manager, this role must ensure: Full accountability of the project(s) throughout the entire life cycle, including user needs, communication, finance, build, transition, operations, support, security, continual improvement, and decommissioning ensuring service delivery excellence and adherence to governance and controllership Ensuring the sustainability and the cost efficiency of its projects with the primary target to deliver value for the Group. She/he ensures service technical and delivery excellence within the scope She/he must identify what processes and what architecture capabilities his product will be contributing to. The role supports Sales, Marketing and Distribution department eCommerce teams from the formalization of a cultural vision to the definition of a strategy to the creation, communication, and implementation of operational actions. The role works in close collaboration with other transformation initiatives to promote, support and anchor this culture change. This role will be a key transformative asset for eCommerce activity: People focused; creating an environment to foster a committed and engaged high-performing team of professionals, continually enhancing their knowledge and skills. Lead IT communications, ensuring the appropriate quality, accuracy and frequency of all communications. Works in partnership with the business product owner in the definition and delivery of the product vision and roadmap, and in creating buy-in for the product vision and roadmap both internally and with key external partners. By gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifies and fills product gaps and generates new ideas that improve both the product and customer experience to drive growth. Working with the business functions to scope and priorities activities based on business and customer impact across all projects under the scope. Maintain a trusted relationship with key business stakeholders as the key IT contact point for the project. Working in partnership to set and achieve product goals to assist in achieving the product vision. Assisting in backlog prioritization, ensuring that initiatives align with the technology that provides maximum return on investment, and directing IT strategy in support of the overall product strategy. Ensure the product squads meet their delivery commitments, taking proactive corrective action where necessary. Deliver required quality of service by proactively ensuring all IT product squads are successfully managing individual IT products and coordinating the delivery of discrete deliverables from multiple IT product teams to deliver complete business solutions. What you’ll bring: MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years experience Deep experience in Agile Methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, …), including scaled agile frameworks like LeSS Technical knowledge of Java, Springboot, React, Liferay (or other CMS's), Salesforce, API design, microservices architectures, relational databases Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to analyze and understand both technical and business documentation and deduce valid requirements which can be translated into viable products Ability to work under pressure, to be able to quickly identify shifting priorities and provide concise communications to appropriate parties Fluent English and Spanish.
