To be successful as a Full Stack Engineer, you should have experience with:
Java 11 or higher, Spring Boot, REST, API Security, JPA, Oracle, CI/CD Pipelines, Kafka/JMS/MQ, Angular, Junit/Mockito
API Gateways, financial domains, and containers/cloud development
Designing and building scalable, resilient backend systems using Java (Spring Boot)
Developing user interfaces with Angular; design and integrate RESTful APIs
Applying Test-Driven Development (TDD), DevOps practices, Docker for containerization, and working with messaging middleware and databases to build scalable solutions
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Ability to provide guidance and knowledge to engineering teams to ensure best practices and technical excellence
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted point of contact for the development team
Experience with designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned technology solutions

Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
