Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term program designed for early career talent to gain immersive experience in the Web3 space. As a Backend (Java) track, you will work with product managers, backend teams, and QA to design and build backend services and internal tools, and participate in requirements discussions and code reviews. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining backend components that support product features and internal platforms, building REST APIs and event-driven services while ensuring stability, scalability, and performance. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with automated testing frameworks and opportunities to network and develop transferable skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, backend team, and QA teams to design and build backend services and internal tools.
- Participate in requirement discussions and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend components that support product features and internal platforms.
- Build and optimize services based on REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Support system stability, scalability, and performance through testing and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with QA engineers to enable smooth integration of backend systems with automated testing frameworks.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and backend development workflows.
- Proficient in Java (preferred) or Python.
- Familiar with web services, REST APIs, event-driven systems, Linux, and MySQL.
- Basic understanding of cloud environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
