Senior Associate, Full Stack Engineer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full Stack Engineer to join our Payment Enablement team. This role is located in Chennai.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate or MyBatis/Spring JPA
• Design and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries for efficient data access
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams, utilizing JIRA for project tracking and management
• Work in a DevOps environment with GitLab for continuous integration and deployment
• Implement front-end solutions using Angular and generate reports with Jasper Reports
• Support Kafka integration and containerization technologies such as Docker

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Java development, with strong knowledge of Java 8+ features including Streams and Lambda functions
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Angular, Jasper Reports, and Oracle SQL
• Experience working in Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework environments for at least 1 year
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, specifically GitLab
• Preferred experience with Kafka, Docker, containers, and knowledge of Data Mart and Big Data technologies
