We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is located in London.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a proven record of rapid technology delivery and business impact to join a cross-functional team tasked with modernizing and advancing our FX execution platforms.

The successful individual will be responsible for working alongside talented and passionate Product Managers, Traders, Sales teams and fellow Technologists to engineer highly performant solutions for real-time global FX trading. As a talented and high impact individual, you will be trusted to innovate, experiment and stretch beyond perceived barriers in this high-autonomy role.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Engineer highly performant, scalable solutions for real-time global FX trading using deep expertise in Java and modern technologies
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Traders, Sales teams, and fellow technologists to modernize and advance FX execution platforms
  • Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate innovation and solution delivery within an agile, high-autonomy environment
  • Lead by example in system design, code quality, and continuous improvement across the full software lifecycl

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong Java development skills, including experience with multi-threaded and mission critical applications
  • Exposure and knowledge of front end technologies such as React and Angular
  • Experience in building mission critical systems, ideally in financial institutions
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in software development required; experience in the financial services industry, particularly in FX Trading Applications, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as an integral part of an agile software development team
  • Experience with relational database technologies, including SQL proficiency
  • Experience with AI based development tools such as Copilot, Windsurf and ClaudeCode along.
  • Experience of developing AI based solutions is advantageous.
