We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our ISSUER SERVICES team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of distributed, microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive modernization efforts to refactor and modularize legacy systems, improving scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, design leads, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and deliver new features on time and with high quality.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
• Utilize best practices in software development, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business objectives and client needs.
• Evaluate and integrate front-end technologies, with Angular experience considered advantageous.
• Champion the use of enterprise tools and AI-driven automation to optimize engineering processes and platform operations.
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in full stack Java development with a focus on distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• 16+ years of experience required for this role.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading complex platform modernization projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or related regulated industries.
• Knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience with front-end frameworks, preferably Angular.
