As an Android Audio Framework Engineer, you will contribute to the design, integration, and optimization of next-generation automotive audio systems. Own technical delivery across Android Audio Framework modules such as AudioFlinger, Audio Policy Manager, Audio HAL, and Media/Audio Server, and develop system-level components using C++, Java, JNI, Binder IPC, and core Android frameworks. Debug and analyze audio-related issues with logs, tracing tools, and performance optimization methods. Your Role
As an Android Audio Framework Engineer, you will contribute to the design, integration, and optimization of next‑generation automotive audio systems.
In this role, you:
- Own technical delivery across Android Audio Framework modules such as AudioFlinger, Audio Policy Manager, Audio HAL, and Media/Audio Server.
- Develop and integrate system‑level components using C++, Java, JNI, Binder IPC, and core Android frameworks.
- Debug and analyze audio‑related issues using logs, tracing tools, and performance optimization methods.
- Deliver high‑quality outputs aligned with OTD and OQD expectations.
- Provide technical support and insights to cross‑functional engineering teams.
Your Profile
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Android Audio Framework, including hands‑on work with middleware components.
- Preferred education: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc + M.Sc / MCA / BCA + M.Sc / MCA.
