Capgemini is seeking an experienced Backend Lead Developer to drive the design and delivery of Java/Spring microservices. You will lead a globally distributed team, build microservices in a Kubernetes environment, and work on rich live-data applications with a customer-facing focus. The role requires strong communication, coaching, and the ability to explain technical solutions to management and clients. The candidate should have 7-10 years of Java/Spring experience and a track record of delivering scalable backend systems.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Java Developer Lead to join our vibrant team
Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7-10 years experience developing Java/Spring/Spring boot microservices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Broad/Deep knowledge of java Spring Spring MVC ,Spring Data JPA / Hibernate and Spring Security
• Experience building microservices in a k8s environment
• Capable of leading a team
• Works well within a globally dispersed team
• Self starter & self self-motivated
• Experience in a customer & management facing positions (explaining technology solutions) where required.
• Experience with building rich live-data applications
• Capable of design and rapid change
