Resource should have a very good understanding of Core Banking systems Oracle Flexcube and be capable to manage end-to-end deliverables from BRD review to development, unit testing and support. The role requires 6+ years of progressive relevant experience in Core Banking with Oracle Flexcube, and at least 4 years of technical experience in Flexcube version 12x or higher. Candidate should have strong fundamentals in Web/Internet-based design, Web Services, Java, JavaScript, XML, J2EE, and very strong Oracle Database, SQL and PLSQL skills. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to handle SDLC for core banking projects, with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Job Description
Resource should have a very good understanding of the Core Banking systems Oracle Flexcube.
• Should be from techno/functional background and capable to manage the end-to-end deliverable right from BRD review / Identifying the Development Scope / Doing the Development / Unit testing and Support.
• 6+ years of progressive relevant experience in similar capacity with Core Banking systems Oracle Flexcube.
• Minimum of 4 years Technical experience in core banking system Flexcube preferably with version 12x plus.
• Technical and practical experience on the Core Banking Oracle Flexcube
• Solid experience of Web / Internet-based design, Web Services, Java, JavaScript, XML, J2EE.
• Very Strong experience in Oracle Database, SQL and PLSQL.
• Progressively developed functional understanding on Flexcube modules, Core, CASA, Fund Transfer, Standing Instructions, Loans, Customer Accounts, Term Deposit etc.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing, Functional specifications, Low level design document, high Level Design document.
• Strong experience in system to system reconciliation process and business cross-functional reconciliation.
• Knowledge and experience of accessing Flexcube tables/procedures/packages for issue analysis.
• Strong technical knowledge to provide the fix with quick turnaround time with high level of quality.
• Experience in managing the complete software development life cycle for core banking related projects.
• Experience/hands-on knowledge of handling/implementing/supporting in Core Banking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to interact with the team
