Capgemini is seeking a Java Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, and a microservices architecture with Docker and Kubernetes. The role requires hands-on architecture experience, proficiency in designing REST APIs and consuming Kafka topics, and the ability to apply various architecture patterns. Experience leading teams is mandatory, with a preference for familiarity with Azure Native Application Development (Azure Kubernetes, Application Insights) and front-end exposure (ReactJS) as a bonus. Excellent communication and strong analytical, solution-oriented skills are essential.

Job Description
- Hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, SQL , Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Interface Design, including developing REST APIs and consuming Kafka Topics.
- Hands-on architecture experience and Familiarity with various architecture design patterns and the ability to apply them effectively
- Experience with Azure Native Application Development, such as Azure Kubernetes and Application Insights would be a plus.
- Hands on experience in leading team is mandatory.
- Experience on ReactJS or similar front-end technologies would be a plus.
- Proactive, independently lead teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach
