The L2 Production Support Engineer will provide level-2 production support for Capgemini's GDC environment in Mexico. The role involves incident and problem management, monitoring processes and scripts, and performing root-cause analysis (RCA) to drive timely resolutions. Candidates should have hands-on SQL (PL/SQL), Unix and shell scripting, and the ability to read, debug Java or other OOP code and articulate technical issues to App Dev teams and stakeholders. ITIL experience and strong communication are also required.

What you’ll do?

• L2 Production Support

What you’ll bring:

· Experience as a L2 support engineer

· Good communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of development/production problem to help drive solutions with App Dev teams and senior stakeholders

· ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt.,

· Incident Mgmt

· Hands-on experience in SQL (Pl/SQL)

· Capable to analyze joint’s, Store Procedures and triggers

· Unix and Shell Scripting are mandatory.

· Capable to monitor processes and scripts errors

· Hands-on Read and Debug Code (Java or any OOP Language)

· Skilled in Debugging and Troubleshooting. Ability to perform RCA
