This role focuses on developing and applying engineering practices to define, configure, and deploy industrial digital technologies (including PLM and MES) to ensure seamless information flow across engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain. The candidate will implement Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, develop and integrate Maximo with other systems via MIF, and customize Maximo using Java, MBOs, and automation scripts. The role also involves creating reports (BIRT/COGNOS), performing data migration, configuration, and system upgrades, and collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

- 7+ years of experience (Senior Maximo Developer)
- Develop, configure, and customize Maximo applications using MBOs, Java, automation scripts, and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
- Implements Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions to meet business requirements.
- Integrating Maximo with other systems using MIF (Maximo Integration Framework). Manage and develop integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
- Create and modify reports, such as BIRT and COGNOS, to meet analytical needs.
- Perform Configuration & data migration and manage database configurations within the Maximo environment.
- Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and support system upgrades and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions & enhancements.
- Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and workflow diagrams.
- Skills like Java, SQL, scripting, BIRT, and knowledge of Maximo modules (Work Management, Inventory, etc.) are essential.
