Capgemini is seeking a Payments Automation Testing Quality Engineer focused on automation in the payments domain. You will drive automation of test activities, using tools like Postman, Insomnia, SQL, and Selenium with Java in an Agile SDLC. The role requires 4-6 years of test automation experience with BDD and Java scripting (non-negotiable). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions.

Job Description
Primary Skills
- Payments Testing experience – ISO20022, MT/MX messages, Payment Schemes, Cross Border, E2E Testing, flows.
- Postman and Insomnia Tools
- SQL querying experience
- Manual Functional Testing experience of backend and frontend systems
- Full understanding of Agile methodology
- Strong exposure to the SDLC
- JIRA & Confluence – Test case creation, Test cycle execution, defect creation and analysis
- Requirements analysis
- Experience in all Testing processes
- Excellent English communication both written and verbal
- Good collaboration skills, stakeholder relationship and engagement
- Ability to work on their own and/or as part of a team, and a problem solver
- Proactive to ensure allocated tasks are managed and completed on time.
- Thorough understanding of testing frameworks reporting.
- Hands on knowledge on SQL,PLSQL and UNIX.
- Good hands-on experience with Selenium using Java , BDD frameworks using cucumber.
- Good knowledge of database and UI testing through automation.
- Good Debugging skills.
- Hands on knowledge of CT pipeline through Jenkins.
- Relevant 4-6 years of test automation using BDD java and scripting experience. (non-negotiable).
