We’re looking for a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of leadership and technical innovation.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Technical Mastery: Proven experience in software development (e.g., Java, Python) or database management (e.g. Oracle). Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud platforms (e.g., Google, Azure), and modern architecture is preferred but not required.
• Business Skills: plus is an experience in financial markets, banking, ideally risk management
• Effective Leadership: A track record of building collaborative teams that consistently deliver strong results.
• Active Contribution: A leadership style that embraces a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, programming, and optimization.
• Strong Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally across diverse teams and geographies.
• Resilience & Adaptability: The ability to pivot and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (Czech and German is a plus).
• Relevant Background: A degree or equivalent training in IT, finance, engineering, or related technical fields.
