Credit Decisioning Tribe’s mission is to enable customers to realise their dreams and ambitions with trusted and frictionless credit decisions in any channel or journey. In Credit Decisioning, we are one of the cornerstones in Danske Bank’s “Forward ‘28” strategy where we digitize credit processes and decisions to decrease time to market for our customers, while reducing the manual workload for our advisors. This will allow advisors to do what they are best at – to be the trusted financial partner that our customers need. 

Lead developer, that can beat others in a coding competition, and a leader by heart 
As Chapter Leader you will be leading a group of cloud developers, mainly java developers. You will lead the chapter by coaching and mentoring the developers and ensure a good work environment with a culture that promotes both teamwork, transparency, and empowerment. In addition, you will be allocated to a squad where you will be the Lead Developer for deliveries according to customers need, in line with our business goals and utilizing your excellent coding skills

Location
You will be working in a hybrid setup where we expect you to be in the office 3-4 times a week and remaining time you will work from home.
The office is located at Bernstorffsgade 40, 1577 København V.
