Your key responsibilities
- Building user interfaces. Client-side technology allows .NET developers to build interfaces that boast aesthetic appeal and are easy for consumers to navigate
- Troubleshooting software prototypes
- Developing programs for .NET applications and Proficient database management- such as Entity Framework
- Proficiency in ASP-NET Core for web development including HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Full Stack Microsoft Developer Skills
- Authentication and Authorization using Identity, JWT or OAuth, Key Vault
- Knowledge of web Security Practices ( XSS, CSRF, HTTPS, CORS)
- API tools Swagger/OpenAPI deployment and hosting
- Creating procedures for running the applications ( C#.Net, ASPX.NET, Operate ASP.NET MVC) , permits a .NET developer to manage control of every function of an application
- To identify and solve issues in their prototypes, .NET developers need problem-solving skills.
- Setting up a robust version control system, establishing a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
- Build RESTful and event-driven services understanding protocols like HTTP, SOAP, and WSDL
- Thorough understanding of the .Net framework. Proficient in using advanced concepts and techniques within the framework, including the Common Language Runtime (CLR), the Base Class Library (BCL), and memory management.
- Work with databases (Oracle and SQL Server) including schema design and query optimization.( JDBC, ODBC, OLEDB)
- Mastery of C# and .NET fundamentals -C#, .NET 8/9/10 SDKs, dotnet CLI
- .NET MAUI, XAML, Dependency Services
- .NET Aspire, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB
- Package and deploy services on Kubernetes as part of a cloud-native platform.
- Contribute to system design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
- Follow a solution-driven mindset — think beyond code and propose better technical approaches.
- Experience in Azure Service Bus, Blob Storage, SQL Database, or Azure Container Instances
- Practice TDD and contribute to BDD scenarios.
- Use Maven and Gradle for builds and dependency management.
Your skills and experience
- Strong proficiency in Java 21 and core Java concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot in microservices environments.
- Working knowledge of microservices architecture patterns (service discovery, config, resilience).
- Experience with Kubernetes fundamentals (pods, deployments, services, config maps).
- Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
- Good understanding of RBAC, OAuth2, JWT, or similar security mechanisms.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
- Good logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and TDD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-native concepts (containers, scaling, observability).
- Familiarity with CICD
Good to Have
- Exposure to BDD tools like Cucumber.
- Experience working on AWS/GCP/Azure cloud environments.
- Basic JVM profiling and tuning experience.
- Exposure to distributed tracing, metrics, and logging.
