Role Description
- Deutsche bank’s Authorization & Access control team is part of the Identity and access management area within Chief Security Office (CSO). The team provides enterprise-wide central authorization solution for the bank.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior software engineer to join our Authorization & Access Control team.
- As a senior Engineer, you would be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining health of the Authorization applications.

Your key responsibilities
- This role is responsible for designing, implementing, testing new and updated software programs for on prem as well as cloud hosted applications.
- Manage stakeholders including vendor performance and governance processes.
- Incident management – Support the operations team in case of incident management.
- Perform mature program, risk & issue management.
- Ensure application compliance and vulnerabilities remediation on timely manner.
- Deliver on audit commitments within the defined timelines.
- Leading and mentoring junior Engineers within the tribe
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience in managing technology of larger, complex IT systems.
- Well-versed in security-oriented component development
- Aware of the standard and best practices for Authorization and Authorization as a Service
- Technical experience: Java, SQL, designing Test Plans, test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber), performance testing tools (JMeter, nice to have)
- Cloud related technologies (GCP): GCP IAM, operating in Kubernetes (example: for executing test suites)
