As a Solution Architect (Back-end), you will deliver creative solutions for complex business problems spanning multiple technology domains. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Belgium and beyond, helping shape the future of our technology landscape in a dynamic, innovative work environment.

As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for:

• Translating complex business or IT problems into solution building blocks across business, application, and technology layers.
• Assisting stakeholders in capturing functional requirements and quality attribute goals.
• Defining and documenting architecture, including decisions and views addressing stakeholder concerns.
• Ensuring principles, policies, standards, and guidelines are applied.
• Providing guidance during implementation and responding to changes in architecture.
• Communicating solution architecture to business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other architects to ensure consistent architecture for Deutsche Bank Belgium.
• Supporting development and operational teams in solving technology challenges.

• Solid understanding of security in transactional microservices environments (DMZ, cryptography, PKI certificates, PEN testing, XSS, CSRF).
• Experience with modelling techniques (UML, ArchiMate) and tools (Sparx EA).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in both technical and business language.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Customer-focused, creative, analytical, and highly motivated to work in a challenging environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong team spirit.
