Join a global cross-functional team building customer-centric asset and wealth management products. You will analyze and improve existing software, design and implement new features (with emphasis on microservices and APIs), and follow standard SDLC and best practices. The role includes creating test plans, automated tests, documentation, participating in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts. Strong collaboration skills and a drive to learn and contribute technical solutions are expected.
You will:
Collaborate with a global cross functional team in building customer-centric products
Analyze existing software to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing new features
Follow standard software development guidelines and best practices
Create and maintain test plans, documentation and automated tests for all technical changes
Grow your technical skillset by seeking out cross-training and knowledge advancement opportunities
Participate in user story refinement, technical design, code reviews and the team's Agile process
Participate in continuous improvement efforts

Basic Qualifications:
Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience
3+ years (Associate) of experience with Java or other related Object Oriented development language
Experience with microservices architecture and API development
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
Ability to establish trusted partnerships with cross functional team members and product owners
Preferred Qualifications:
Source Control Management systems (i.e., SVN, Git)
An understanding of common application architecture design patterns
Experience working in an Agile environment
