As a Front Office Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge software solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust, low-latency systems crucial for pricing, quoting, and hedging a diverse range of financial instruments, such as USTs, Swaps, and MBS. You will also develop innovative platforms that enable efficient risk and P&L management for our trading desks. A key aspect of your role will involve leveraging AI-driven analytics for sophisticated data analysis and to inform predictive pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

Technical Skills

3 years of work experience.
Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Java, C/C++,).
Experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and core programming concepts.
Working knowledge of UNIX.
Familiarity with Git, awareness of CI/CD and other modern SDLC practice

Relevant Skills/Qualifications

Solid communication and interpersonal skills are a must given that the role will involve interacting with traders & salespeople.
Ability to work well in a team setting often with developers in other regions.
Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly identify scope and impact of issues.
Adaptability to different technologies to suit the problem including some proprietary technologies.
Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated.
